1, Project Forwarder required in Manchester area
Must be experienced in the shipment of non container, Out of Gauge, Breakbulk and Ro/Ro Traffic.

Duties will include preparing our own or working off shippers specs to calculate how many of each type of  container are required and which items must go conventionally. Liaising with heavy lift hauliers and crane hire companies and may include site visits to look at machinery that needs shipping. Working with dismantling engineers, machine movers and packers to arrange and manage the best method and costing for the the movement and shipment from single awkward items up to full factory dismantling and reassembly of plant overseas.

Salary dependant on Experience.

2, Export Clerk required in Birmingham Office (Oldbury)
Must have some experience of export bookings & documentation  though in house training will be provided.

Duties will include making bookings with shipping lines, preparing Bill of Lading instructions to shipping lines from variety of shipper, checking Bills of Lading for accuracy on receipt, chasing up late Bills of lading, Preparing consular documentation and liaising with the Chamber of Commerce.

Salary £15,000 to £20,000 dependant on Experience.
